• Advisory - Manually screening data to find risks and opportunities for clients costs a lot of time but is key. AI is better and more scalable than any accountant.
• Reporting - manually analyzing big data? Not anymore. Get the next action steps right at your fingertips.
• Automation - Getting rid of repetitive tasks. They shouldn’t be done by people.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly.
• Product Training: Educate clients on product features and best practices.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
